Days: Monday - Friday
Salary: Paid in 12 equal monthly payments.
Annualised hours & Normal working pattern:
Term-Time (39 weeks per year) - 26 hours per week
- 23.75 hours per week at Before and Afterschool Clubs
- Before School Club: 7:15am - 9am
- After School Club: 3pm - 6pm
- 2.25 hours planning & preparations, meetings, CPD and other reasonable duties associated with the role (Timings agreed with manager)
School Holidays (11 weeks per year) - 45 hours per week
- Holiday Club: 7:45am - 5:45pm
- Unpaid breaks
5.6 weeks paid annual leave: included within the annual timetable
Of the 5.6 weeks' annual leave:
- 2 weeks will be selected by Fiesta Sports Coaching.
- 3.6 weeks can be requested by the employee, subject to approval.

Job Summary
We are looking for an energetic, enthusiastic and responsible Wraparound Club Lead to lead our Breakfast & After School Clubs and our Holiday Club Programme.
This is more than a childcare role. You will help deliver active, engaging and enjoyable programmes where children can participate, learn, create and have fun.
We are looking for someone who is passionate about working with children, energetic, creative, organised and confident in leading activities, while maintaining high standards of care, safeguarding and professionalism.
Duties for the role:
- Deliver a wide range of fun, engaging activities, including arts & crafts, science experiments, food making, outdoor learning and more.
- Provide high-quality, safe and inclusive childcare that meets the needs of every child.
- Support key children and build positive, trusting relationships with children and their families.
- Ensure the safety and wellbeing of all children through vigilant supervision and adherence to safeguarding and safety procedures.
- Create a positive, energetic environment that encourages children to participate, try new things and enjoy their time with us.
- Communicate effectively and professionally with parents and carers, including sharing relevant updates, progress and concerns.
- Manage daily attendance records, activity planning and other programme administration efficiently and accurately.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues and contribute positively to the wider team.
- Represent and uphold Fiesta's core values and professional standards in all aspects of your role.
- Attend and actively participate in required training, meetings and professional development.
- Oversee venue standards, including registers and record keeping, inventory, equipment, room set-up and general organisation, ensuring everything is kept up to date and ready for each session.
- Oversee the day-to-day running of the wraparound club, ensuring sessions are safe, organised and delivered to a high standard.
- Lead and support the wraparound team, ensuring staff understand their responsibilities and maintain Fiesta's standards.
Requirements:
- Level 3 or above in an Early Years Qualification (E.g. Childcare, NVQ)
- Preferably 2+ years experience working in the sector
- Passionate about this line of work
- Excellent communication skills to engage children positively and collaborate with team members.
- Ability to lead energetic activities while maintaining a safe environment.
- Passion for working with children and creating inclusive, fun programs.
Preferable's:
- Valid driving license preferred
- Willingness to learn and grow
