The most successful business leaders, entrepreneurs and commercial professionals all share one defining skill: the ability to communicate with confidence, influence decisions and create commercial value.
At Bloom Manchester, we're looking for someone at the very beginning of their career who wants to build those skills properly. This isn't a role where you'll simply be handed a script and expected to sell. It's a structured training opportunity designed to develop future commercial professionals through practical experience, coaching and real client exposure.
You'll work directly alongside one of our experienced Sales Managers, observing how successful business conversations are led, how opportunities are identified, how negotiations are managed and how commercial relationships are built. As your confidence grows, you'll begin taking ownership of conversations yourself, applying what you've learned in a supportive environment before progressing into a fully independent Sales Executive position.
