We are now recruiting a Patient Experience Coordinator to join our Glasgow Mitchell Lane clinic and become a key part of our front of house team.
This role is ideal for someone who is polished, confident and driven - someone who thrives in a busy reception environment and takes genuine pride in delivering outstanding customer service.
About the Role
As a Patient Experience Coordinator, you will be the first point of contact for our patients and a vital representative of the Clinetix brand. You will ensure the reception area runs smoothly, patients feel supported, and the clinic environment reflects the high standards expected of a premium medical practice.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver a warm, professional welcome to all patients
- Manage checkins, appointment flow and frontofhouse organisation
- Handle enquiries with clarity, confidence and discretion
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout every stage of the patient journey
- Maintain immaculate presentation of the reception and waiting areas
- Support daily clinic operations, including stock, payments, scheduling and patient records
- Manage and update the clinic CRM system accurately and efficiently
- Use computer systems confidently for bookings, patient notes, communication
- and reporting

Who We’re Looking For
We are seeking an experienced individual who embodies professionalism and confidence, with a natural ability to make people feel at ease.
Essential Qualities
- Strong front of house / reception experience
- Excellent customer service skills, ideally with 2+ years’ experience within luxury hospitality, private healthcare or high end client services
- Confident using CRM systems and comfortable with daytoday computer tasks
- A calm, organised and polished approach
- Outstanding communication skills - both in person and over the phone
- Driven, reliable and committed to delivering exceptional patient care
- Personal presentation and a positive, proactive attitude
