Fire & Security Service Engineer
£36,000 – £40,000 | Wirral | Van + Full Package

We support a large customer base across Wirral, Cheshire, Liverpool and North Wales and have built a strong reputation for quality, reliability and customer service. We're a family-run company with many long-serving members of staff and a strong focus on quality workmanship and customer service.
Most of our work is within Wirral, Cheshire, Liverpool and North Wales, meaning very little motorway driving and no overnight stays.
The role
Servicing, maintenance and fault-finding across a mixed portfolio of commercial, industrial, public sector and domestic customers. You'll be working across a varied range of systems including:
- Intruder Alarms (Grade 2 & Grade 3, including Pyronix, Texecom and Galaxy)
- Fire Alarm Systems (conventional and addressable, including Advanced and Kentec)
- CCTV (IP and analogue, including Hikvision and Dahua)
- Access Control (Paxton and Hikvision)
There is a 1-in-7 out-of-hours call-out rota. All call-outs are paid door-to-door at time-and-a-half from the moment you leave home until you return.

- £36,000 – £40,000 basic depending on experience and qualifications, with overtime and call-out earnings on top.

Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 5:30pm
What we need from you
- Proven experience servicing and fault-finding fire alarm, intruder alarm and security systems
- Competent across a range of manufacturers (see above)
- Full UK driving licence
- Ability to pass DBS and BS7858 screening
- Fire extinguisher servicing experience is a bonus but not essential
