Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve organisational goals and objectives.
- Lead, motivate, and supervise a diverse team to optimise performance and foster a positive working environment.
- Oversee daily operations, ensuring efficiency and adherence to company policies and procedures.
- Manage sales targets, analyse performance metrics, and develop initiatives to increase revenue.
- Supervise merchandising activities to ensure visual standards are maintained and sales opportunities maximised.
- Handle administrative tasks including budgeting, reporting, and maintaining organisational records.
- Cultivate strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and stakeholders to enhance business reputation.
- Ensure excellent communication across teams through effective phone etiquette and organisational skills.
- Monitor staff training needs and organise professional development programmes to enhance team capabilities.
- Maintain high standards of customer service by implementing best practices in management and communication.
Requirements
- Proven management experience with a focus on retail or sales management.
- Supervising experience with demonstrated leadership capabilities.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with proficiency in phone etiquette.
- Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to facilitate diverse client interactions.
- Experience in team management, staff supervision, and motivating personnel towards common goals.
- Knowledge of merchandising principles and sales strategies to optimise revenue streams.
- Strong time management skills with the ability to handle multiple responsibilities efficiently.
