We are looking for an enthusiastic Sales Negotiator to join our growing team. Previous estate agency experience is not essential, but you must have a proven background in sales and customer service with a passion for delivering excellent results.
Key Responsibilities
Register and qualify buyers.
Arrange and conduct property viewings.
Handle enquiries from buyers and vendors professionally.
Negotiate offers between buyers and sellers.
Generate new business opportunities and win property instructions.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
Progress sales from offer through to completion.
Achieve and exceed individual sales targets.
Maintain accurate records using the company CRM system.
Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process.
What We're Looking For
Previous experience in a sales and customer service role is essential.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Target-driven with a strong desire to succeed.
Self-motivated with the ability to work on your own initiative.
Professional, positive, and confident approach.
Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple clients and sales opportunities.
Full UK Driving Licence and access to your own vehicle.
Working Hours
Monday to Friday: 9:00am – 6:30pm (with one weekday off)
Every other Saturday: 10:00am – 4:00pm
