We are looking for an experienced Carpenter to join our MOD Project team. You will be working in predominately vacant properties on a variety of internal works — mainly kitchen, bathroom, full property internal refurbishment projects.
Ideal candidate will have:
- Proven experience of undertaking new installations, of kitchens and bathrooms.
- Plastering and tiling would be an advantage.
- Thorough technical knowledge in all aspects of carpentry works.
- The minimal level of qualifications and education to support all works reasonably expected to be completed by the post holder (Job description available on request).
- Excellent Communication skills
- Ability to use own Initiative
- Enthusiastic and positive outlook
Driving licence required.
CSCS card not necessary.
Package:
- A Company van, fuel card, purchasing cards, power tools, phone and uniform will be provided.
- 42.5 hours a week.
- Salary: £35,000 per annum (£15.84 per hour).
