Hours: Full time, 40 hours per week, working 5 in 7 days (Mon-Sun), shift pattern covering earlies and lates

Salary: £32,000 pa
Bradfield College are looking to recruit a Chef de Partie to support the catering team across its main site in Bradfield and at St Andrew’s Prep School. You will work with the wider catering team to deliver a high level of food service to students and staff during term-time, as well as delivering a wide range of private functions and various hospitality and events throughout the year.
To be considered for this role you will need:
- Food Safety Level 2 as a minimum.
- Several years experience delivering high standards of ‘cafeteria’ style dining, sports hospitality, private dining and event catering.
- The ability to work as part of a team and independently
- Strong interpersonal, communication and leadership skills
- Excellent time management and organisational skills
- High attention to detail and commitment to standards
- A can-do attitude with a flexible approach to work and prioritising tasks
