- Taking incoming calls from clients/customers with the objective of finding the best fit solutions to queries.
- Managing a portfolio of customers
- Assessing financial Information
- Delivering solutions
Skills:
- Candidates should have customer service or contact centre experience and be empathetic in their approach to dealing with queries.
- PC Literate
- Communication skills
