About the Role
We design and manufacture beautiful interior products, and our team is passionate about great design and excellent client service. We're looking for a Showroom / Studio Coordinator to be based at our stunning London Studio showroom in.
This is a varied, people-facing role at the heart of our London operation. You'll be the GLUE that connects our internal and external sales activities - keeping the showroom running beautifully, hosting visitors, and supporting our field sales team. What You'll Be Doing
- Managing the showroom calendar, duty rota, and reception so visitors (including unannounced ones) are always warmly hosted
- Maintaining the visual appearance and condition of the showroom, arranging repairs and maintenance as needed
- Overseeing day-to-day admin and catering staff, delegating tasks and managing temporary resource and staffing levels
- Coordinating same-day sampling via couriers and providing general support to the external sales team
- Liaising with contractors, building administrators and security, including the installation and removal of product mock-ups
- Booking in RIBA-certified CPDs (physical or virtual) with architectural and design practices and keeping records for the sales team
- Opening and closing the showroom and ensuring a safe, welcoming environment for staff and visitors
- Responding proactively to customer enquiries and complaints, and upholding showroom guidelines and health & safety requirements
What We're Looking For
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the confidence to give clear direction to others
- Previous experience in a customer service environment (essential)
- Highly self-motivated, well organised, and able to plan and prioritise under pressure
- Ability to manage sub-contractors and drive projects forward
- IT literate (Word, basic Excel, PowerPoint)
- Confident telephone manner for outbound sales support
- An understanding of the architecture and design market, and ideally showroom, design, specification or construction industry experience
