A well regarded and growing regional law firm in Barnsley is looking to recruit an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor to join its established property team.
This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially minded Solicitor with 4+ years' PQE to take on a broad and high quality caseload while working within a supportive and ambitious firm.
Key Responsibilities

Handle sales and purchases of commercial premises

Advise on agricultural land transactions

Deal with the sale and acquisition of registered and unregistered land

Handle commercial landlord and tenant matters

Draft and negotiate commercial leases

Manage transactions from initial instruction through to completion

Build strong relationships with clients and other professional advisers

Provide clear and commercially focused legal advice
Requirements
-
4+ years' PQE in Commercial Property

Strong technical knowledge of commercial property law

Experience handling a broad range of commercial property transactions

Strong drafting and negotiation skills

Commercially minded and client focused approach

Ability to manage a varied caseload independently

Excellent communication and organisational skills

Ability to commute to the Barnsley office
