Assistant Restaurant Manager - Luxury 5* Hotel
We are currently looking to recruit an experienced Assistant Restaurant Manager for a luxury 5-star hotel in Berkshire.
As Assistant Restaurant Manager, you will support the Deputy Restaurant Manager in the day-to-day running of the hotel's brasserie-style restaurant. Working closely with the management team, you'll help lead and motivate the front-of-house team, ensuring exceptional service standards are maintained while delivering an outstanding guest experience.

The Person
The ideal Assistant Restaurant Manager will have:
- Previous experience as an Assistant Restaurant Manager, Restaurant Supervisor or Team Leader within a luxury hotel or premium restaurant environment
- A solid background in 4 or 5-star hotels or high-end restaurants
- Experience supporting and developing front-of-house teams
- A hands-on approach with a passion for delivering exceptional service
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- The ability to remain calm and professional in a fast-paced environment
- Immaculate personal presentation and excellent guest relations skills
- A genuine passion for hospitality and career progression within luxury hotels
