Role Overview
We’re looking for a confident, results‑driven Telephone Sales Agent to generate new business opportunities and book qualified appointments for our field sales team. You’ll be speaking directly with business owners, introducing our services, and securing high‑quality leads.

Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective clients using provided data lists
- Qualify leads and identify key decision-makers
- Clearly communicate the benefits of our business rates consultancy services
- Book appointments for the field sales team
- Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date records in our CRM system
- Consistently achieve and exceed daily/weekly KPIs
- Present yourself in smart business attire
