MGC Live | Zero hours with potential to become full-time
MGC Live is looking for a reliable, organised and detail-focused Fulfilment Specialist to join our busy Post Room team.
We specialise in sports trading cards, live breaks, auctions and online sales. You will play an important role in ensuring customer orders are processed accurately, packed securely and dispatched on time.
Key Responsibilities
- Sort and process customer orders accurately.
- Fulfil orders from live breaks, auctions and online sales.
- Check cards, products and quantities before dispatch.
- Pack collectible and potentially high-value cards securely.
- Prepare postage labels and dispatch orders using the correct service.
- Combine customer orders where appropriate.
- Identify and report missing, incorrect or damaged items.
- Assist with stock checks and maintaining an organised Post Room.
- Prepare approved replacement or compensation items.
- Work closely with the Fulfilment and Customer Service teams.

Previous experience in fulfilment, warehousing, dispatch, e-commerce, customer service or sports cards would be an advantage, but full training will be provided.
The Role
This is a hands-on position involving sorting, collating, packing, and dispatching orders. Accuracy is essential — the right order, the right customer, correctly packed and dispatched on time.

Pay: £13.00-£13.50 per hour
