Landscaping Team Leader
Location: Cuxton, Rochester (working across customer sites in the South East)
Salary: £34,000 – £39,000 (depending on experience and skills)
Hours: Typically 7:30 AM – 6:00 PM (with a 1-hour lunch break) with some flexibility
Contract: Full-time, Permanent

About the Role:
As a Landscaping Team Leader, you’ll take ownership of a wide variety of landscaping projects, working collaboratively with our design team to bring beautiful gardens to life. Your day-to-day work will include:
· Leading, developing and mentoring a small landscaping team across various customer sites
· Delivering all aspects of hard and soft landscaping projects (paving, decking, fencing, planting, site preparation)
· Maintaining high standards of workmanship, working practices and client satisfaction
· Promoting and practicing eco-friendly landscaping methods
· Operating and maintaining landscaping equipment safely and professionally
· Keeping work sites and vehicles tidy, safe, and presentable
What you need:
We want to hear from highly professional, skilled landscapers who love the outdoors, are committed to sustainable practices and are passionate about encouraging and developing others to excel
You’ll need:
- Extensive landscaping experience in all aspects of hard and soft landscaping, with proven ability to lead and deliver projects safely and to high standards
- Strong leadership and mentoring skills, able to lead by example and to support and inspire junior team members
- Strong values, particularly demonstrating honesty, respect and being a great team player
- Great attention to detail and a commitment to producing top-quality work at all stages of each project
- Physical fitness and ability to carry out manual work in all weather conditions
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- A full UK driving licence (preferably with trailer-driving ability)
- Experience or interest in sustainability, including eco-friendly materials and planting techniques
- A good understanding of basic plant care and maintenance
- A current CSCS card is ideal, but not essential
