Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Telesales Executive to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities through outbound calls, nurturing client relationships, and promoting our products and services. This role requires a proactive approach, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. The successful applicant will play a vital role in expanding our customer base and achieving sales targets. Previous materials handling experience would an advantage but not essential.
Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients to promote Forklift product and services
- Qualify leads and identify sales opportunities through engaging conversations
- Maintain detailed records of interactions and update CRM software accordingly
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients to foster loyalty
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for reaching targets
- Provide accurate information about products, pricing, and company policies
- Follow up with potential clients to close sales and ensure customer satisfaction
Skills
- Proven experience in B2B sales and telemarketing roles
- Proficiency with CRM software such as Protean/Pipedrive
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple leads simultaneously
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with a persuasive yet professional manner
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a target-driven environment
- Good understanding of sales techniques and customer relationship management strategies

Uncapped commission structure
Pay: £17,000.00-£18,000.00 per year
