Are you our next star bartender?
We are seeking an experienced Bartender to join our team at a vibrant and fun establishment. We are a late-night, 60s / 70's adult themed cocktail bar with a strong emphasis on quality of drinks and service. As a late-night bar, we require people to be able to cope with the long nights and consistently perform to high standards throughout.
Candidates should be aware that our closing times are 4am/5am everyday and finishing times goes until 5am/6am.

Responsibilities
- Perform well under pressure and maintain consistency and quality throughout your shift
- Prepare and serve drinks in accordance with company standards
- Interact with customers, take orders, and provide recommendations to highest level
- Maintain cleanliness of the bar area and equipment
- Monitor inventory levels and restock supplies as needed
- Adhere to allergen safety regulations and responsible alcohol service practices
Requirements
- A friendly and passionate personality
- Previous experience in bartending or hospitality is advantageous
- Knowledge of basic maths for handling transactions
- Strong time management skills to handle busy periods efficiently
- Ability to work well in a team and assist colleagues as needed
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Zero hours contract
Pay: £13.25-£13.75 per hour
