Responsibilities
- Engage with customers via phone and email to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Promote and upsell products or services to maximise customer value while maintaining high levels of satisfaction.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their ongoing success and loyalty.
- Negotiate to retain customers, adhering to company policies and customer requirements.
- Assist customers with onboarding, troubleshooting, and resolving any issues promptly and professionally.
- Record detailed notes of interactions within the CRM system to ensure accurate account management.
- Collaborate with team members to share best practices, improve processes, and achieve team targets.
- Stay informed about product updates, industry trends, and competitive offerings to better serve customers.
Experience
- Desired, but not mandatory - Experience in B2B sales or customer service roles within a call centre environment.
- Strong negotiation skills are desired.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey information clearly and persuasively.
- Familiarity with IT systems, CRM software, and basic computer applications is essential.
- Good organisational skills with effective time management to handle multiple priorities efficiently.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced setting.
