ATS Connection is an established IT support, cyber security and telecoms company based in Arundel. We have supported businesses across West Sussex for over 12 years, and we are Cyber Essentials certified and a Microsoft Partner. We are a small, friendly team looking to grow our client base.
The role
We are looking for someone confident and personable on the phone to call local businesses, introduce what we do, and book short introductory appointments into the director’s diary.
This is not high-pressure sales. We are looking for genuine conversations with local business owners, not a numbers game.
What you will be doing
- Calling businesses from a provided list of local companies
- Introducing ATS Connection and explaining what we offer
- Booking qualified appointments into the director’s diary
- Logging calls and outcomes in our system
- Feeding back on what is working and what is not
What we are looking for
- Experience of B2B outbound calling or appointment setting
- A professional, warm telephone manner
- Comfortable working from a script while still sounding like a real person
- Well organised and reliable with record keeping
- Able to work independently
No technical IT knowledge is needed. We provide the list, the script (unless you want to use your own one) and full training on what we do.
What we offer
- Flexible hours within normal business hours
- Remote working, or use of our Arundel office if you prefer
- Hourly pay plus £25 bonus for every qualified appointment booked/proposal requested
- Direct contact with the director, no layers of management
- Scope to increase hours if it goes well
