Job Type: Front of House - zero hour contract
Are you passionate about padel and love creating great experiences for people? We’re looking for an enthusiastic Front of House Team Member to join our team at Strike Padel, where sport, community, and hospitality come together.
About the Role
As a key member of our front of house team, you’ll be the first face our players see. You’ll help deliver an exceptional customer experience; from welcoming guests and managing bookings to supporting events and maintaining a lively, social atmosphere.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Greeting and checking in players with a warm, professional attitude
- Managing court bookings and memberships (experience with Playtomic is a plus)
- Serving beverages, and ensuring a top-quality hospitality experience
- Supporting tournaments, social sessions, and community events
- Keeping the reception, café/bar area and available facilities clean, organized and welcoming
What We’re Looking For
- Previous hospitality or customer service experience
- An ideal Playtomic score of 1+ (we love players who share our passion for the game!)
- Friendly, proactive, and people focused personality
- Strong communication and multitasking skills
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends when needed
- Must hold a valid driver’s license - Car owner preferred
