We are now looking for an energetic and engaging Barista to join our team at our new store in heart of London.

Requirements:
● Retail, hospitality and/or customer service experience preferred
● A customer-oriented positive attitude
● Good command of the English language
● Reliable, hard working and have the ability to work in a fast-paced workplace
● Ability to multitask
● Paying attention to details
● Ability to problem solve quickly
● Flexibility with working hours
Main duties:
● Prepare and serve coffee, tea & beverages that meet quality standards, quickly and efficiently
● Have an excellent understanding of the menu
● Feeling confident and creative
● Properly handle and maintain all equipment - Full clean down of all machinery and equipment ready to be assembled the next day.
● Ensure the workstation is clean and tidy at all times
● Respond to orders, questions, concerns, and complaints in a polite and efficient manner
● Demonstrate a thorough understanding of all the menu offerings
● Observe relevant health and safety standards
