What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll carry out a variety of plumbing tasks including responsive maintenance, emergency repairs, and installations such as level access showers for disabled adaptations. You’ll manage void and empty homes, maintain van stock, and work closely with the repairs team and subcontractors. Your role will also involve using electronic reporting systems, following health and safety standards, and occasionally guiding apprentices or trainees.
You’ll Fit Right In If…
You hold an NVQ Level 2 in plumbing or equivalent, have a full driving licence, and are committed to delivering excellent customer service. You take pride in your workmanship, work well within a team, and share our values of Working Together, Ambition, Pride, and Ownership. Understanding social housing and working sensitively in tenanted properties is essential. A Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check is required for this role.
