We're looking for a Bookings & Finance Coordinator to join the team at Chatham Snowsports Centre.
This is a varied role where you'll take ownership of group and school bookings while supporting the day-to-day financial administration of the Centre. You'll play an important part in ensuring activities are well organised, customers receive excellent service, and our operations run smoothly behind the scenes.

What you'll be doing...
- Managing school and group bookings from initial enquiry through to successful delivery
- Acting as the main point of contact for schools, group organisers, local authorities, and community groups
- Preparing quotations, confirming bookings, and maintaining accurate booking records
- Raising invoices, monitoring payments, and following up outstanding balances
- Coordinating booking schedules to maximise centre capacity and operational efficiency
- Communicating booking information to instructors and operational teams
- Supporting staffing and instructor allocations to meet daily activity requirements
- Ensuring booking documentation, risk assessments, and participant information are completed accurately
Finance responsibilities...
- Reconciling daily tills, card payments, and petty cash
- Investigating and resolving payment discrepancies
- Preparing secure cash banking and maintaining till floats
- Entering financial information accurately into company systems
- Following company financial procedures and reporting requirements at all times
What we're looking for...
- Previous experience in administration, bookings, finance, or customer service
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
- Confident using IT systems and managing multiple priorities
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- A proactive approach with the ability to work independently
- Experience handling financial administration or cash reconciliation would be an advantage
