Domiciliary Care Company - Office Administrator

Role Overview
We are seeking a highly organised and motivated Office Administrator to support the smooth day-to-day running of our office. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years’ administrative experience, preferably within the health or social care sector, and a strong understanding of office processes in a care environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage general office administration and ensure efficient operations
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence professionally
- Maintain accurate staff and service user records in line with compliance requirements
- Support recruitment processes, including onboarding and documentation checks
- Assist with rota coordination and staff scheduling and Care Assessments/supervisions in the community and weekend on-call.
- Prepare reports, update databases, and maintain filing systems
- Liaise with care staff, management, and external stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory standards
- Any other tasks that may be allocated from time to time.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in an administrative role(preferred)
- Experience within a care or healthcare setting (preferred)
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially
- A proactive, flexible, and team-oriented approach
