We are looking for an experienced and passionate Part-Time Chef to join our busy kitchen team in the heart of Castlefield, Manchester.
This is an excellent opportunity for a reliable chef who enjoys working in a fast-paced hospitality environment and takes pride in producing high-quality food consistently.
The Role
- Prepare and cook food to a high standard.
- Ensure excellent presentation and portion control.
- Maintain high levels of food hygiene and kitchen cleanliness.
- Work efficiently during busy service periods.
- Assist with stock rotation and minimise waste.
- Follow all food safety and HACCP procedures.
- Work closely with the front of house and kitchen teams to deliver excellent customer experiences.
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience working as a chef in a busy kitchen.
- Ability to work calmly under pressure.
- Strong knowledge of food hygiene and food safety.
- A positive attitude with excellent teamwork skills.
- Reliable, punctual and well organised.
- Flexible to work evenings, weekends and bank holidays.
