Responsibilities
- Install a variety of white goods including refrigerators, dishwashers, washing machines, ovens, TVs, and air conditioning units according to schematics and manufacturer specifications
- Conduct equipment repairs and maintenance to ensure optimal performance and longevity of appliances
- Read and interpret technical schematics, wiring diagrams, and installation manuals accurately
- Lead installation teams when necessary, providing guidance and ensuring safety protocols are followed during all procedures
- Troubleshoot issues during installation or repair processes, diagnosing mechanical or electrical faults effectively
- Maintain detailed records of installations, repairs, and maintenance activities for each appliance
- Ensure all work complies with safety standards and building codes while providing excellent customer service
Qualifications
- Proven mechanical knowledge with experience in appliance installation or repair
- Ability to read and understand schematics and technical manuals confidently
- Strong leadership skills with experience supervising or guiding team members
- Knowledge of equipment repair techniques specific to household appliances and air conditioning systems
- Construction experience or background preferred for understanding building structures and integration
- Familiarity with maintenance procedures for various appliances and HVAC systems
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to troubleshooting issues

Pay: £15.00 per hour
