We are looking for a polished, professional and naturally warm Front of House Receptionist & Practice Coordinator who shares our commitment to outstanding service and attention to detail.
This role combines front-of-house excellence with practice coordination responsibilities. You will play a key role in ensuring every patient receives a seamless, premium experience while supporting the smooth day-to-day administration and operation of the practice.

The Role
As Front of House Receptionist & Practice Coordinator, you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional patient experience while supporting the smooth day-to-day administration and operation of the practice.
You will take ownership of reception, patient communications, diary management and key administrative systems, helping to ensure patients feel welcomed, informed and supported throughout their journey with Bushy Park Dental Practice.
Key Responsibilities
Reception & Patient Experience
- Welcome every patient professionally and warmly
- Create a luxury, hospitality-led patient experience
- Manage patient arrivals and departures
- Maintain a welcoming and organised reception environment
- Build genuine rapport with patients
Patient Communication & Diary Management
- Manage incoming calls, emails and enquiries
- Book, amend and confirm appointments
- Manage recalls, treatment plan follow-up and patient communications
- Support efficient diary utilisation and patient flow
Practice Coordination & Administration
- Maintain accurate patient records
- Process payments and documentation
- Support compliance administration and record keeping
- Assist with reporting, audits and operational projects
- Liaise with suppliers, contractors and service providers
Clinic Standards
- Maintain high standards throughout patient-facing areas, including the waiting room and patient WC
- Support the overall patient journey
- Represent Bushy Park Dental Practice's values and brand
- Identify opportunities to improve patient experience and practice efficiency
What We’re Looking For:
Essential
· Outstanding customer service skills
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills
· Professional appearance and presentation
· Organised, reliable and able to prioritise workload effectively
· Strong attention to detail
· Confident using practice management software and IT systems
· Previous dental reception experience
· Ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining a high standard of service
· Calm and professional under pressure
· A proactive approach to problem solving and taking ownership of responsibilities
Highly Desirable
· Previous dental reception experience
· Experience using Software of Excellence (Exact)
· Experience using CRM or patient communication platforms such as Boxly
· Experience managing patient recalls, treatment plan follow-up and patient communications
· Experience supporting compliance, administration or operational processes
· Experience within a private dental, private healthcare, aesthetic, hospitality or luxury service environment

Pay: £32,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
