We are seeking a reliable and proactive Night Porter to support the hotel’s night operations, ensuring guest safety, security, and a clean, welcoming environment throughout the night.
Key Responsibilities:

Patrol public areas and hotel premises to maintain security and safety during night hours

Respond promptly to guest requests, emergencies, or incidents during the night shift

Assist with late check-ins and early check-outs, providing efficient guest service

Perform cleaning duties in public areas including lobby, corridors, restrooms, and entrances

Monitor and operate security systems, alarms, and CCTV cameras as required
-
Handle luggage storage and transportation for arriving and departing guests

Maintain clear and accurate logs of night activities and incidents

Support emergency procedures and fire safety protocols as needed

Coordinate with other hotel departments to ensure seamless handovers and communication
