The Opportunity
Due to continued growth, we are looking to recruit enthusiastic and motivated Production Operatives to join our manufacturing team.
This is an excellent opportunity to develop your career within a fast-paced food manufacturing environment, working as part of a supportive and ambitious team.
Available Shifts
Monday to Friday
- Morning Shift: 07:00 – 15:00
- Late Shift: 14:00 – 22:00
Weekend Overtime Available
Key Responsibilities
- Operate production and packing machinery safely and efficiently in line with standard operating procedures.
- Prepare, fill, pack and inspect products to ensure they meet customer specifications and quality standards.
- Carry out routine quality checks and accurately complete production documentation.
- Maintain high standards of housekeeping, hygiene, and GMP throughout the production area.
- Monitor equipment performance and report any issues or breakdowns promptly.
- Follow all Health & Safety, HACCP, and Food Safety procedures.
- Support the team in achieving daily production targets while maintaining excellent standards of quality and efficiency.
- Assist with changeovers, cleaning activities, and continuous improvement initiatives.
About You
- Previous experience within a food manufacturing environment is essential.
- Experience operating production machinery is desirable.
- Knowledge of GMP, HACCP, and Food Safety standards is advantageous.
- Positive attitude with a strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Reliable, flexible, and able to work effectively as part of a team.
