If you're an experienced Senior Care Assistant, Team Leader or Care Coordinator looking for your next challenge, this could be the opportunity you've been waiting for.
At GoodOaks Home Care Northwood & Ruislip, we're growing, and we're looking for someone who wants to grow with us. This is a hands-on role where you'll combine coordinating outstanding care with supporting clients in the community, giving you the chance to develop your leadership skills while staying connected to the people who matter most.
As our branch expands, so will your role, creating genuine opportunities to progress your career with an award-winning home care provider.
A varied role where no two days are the same
You'll spend part of your week coordinating care from the office and the rest supporting clients in their own homes. From creating rotas and ensuring continuity of care to responding to day-to-day challenges, supporting new Care Professionals and working closely with our Registered Manager, you'll play a key role in keeping the service running smoothly.
You'll also continue delivering care visits when needed, ensuring our clients always receive the high-quality, person-centred support GoodOaks is known for.
What we're looking for
You'll be organised, calm under pressure and enjoy solving problems. Experience as a Senior Care Assistant, Team Leader or Care Coordinator is essential, along with confidence using care management software such as Access Care Planning (ACP) or similar.
You'll also need excellent communication and IT skills, a full UK driving licence, access to your own vehicle and the right to work in the UK.
Unfortunately, we're unable to offer sponsorship.
What you'll receive
This is a 25-hour per week position paying £18,000–£20,000 (£27,000–£30,000 FTE), with flexibility around how those hours are worked to meet both business and personal commitments.
Alongside 45p per mile mileage, you'll receive paid training, ongoing professional development, a paid DBS, Blue Light Card membership and the support of a friendly, approachable management team that genuinely wants to see you succeed.
Most importantly, you'll be joining a growing branch where there are real opportunities to take on more responsibility and build a long-term career.
