Overview
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Parts Adviser to join our growing team at MotoGB. As a Parts Adviser, you will be responsible for providing expert advice to our customers, assisting with the identification and supply of parts, accessories, and consumables for motorcycles. You will play a crucial role in ensuring our customers receive excellent service and the correct products for their needs.
Duties
- Provide expert advice to customers regarding motorcycle parts, accessories, and consumables.
- Assist customers in identifying parts and solutions through catalogues, online systems, and manufacturer references.
- Manage stock levels and ensure parts are available for customers when needed.Process customer orders and ensure timely and accurate deliveries.
- Develop strong relationships with customers and suppliers to ensure satisfaction.Stay up to date with the latest product knowledge, motorcycle models, and industry trends.
- Process returns and exchanges of parts in accordance with company policies.
- Work closely with the sales and service teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional workspace.
Qualifications
- Strong customer service skills and the ability to communicate effectively with customers.
- Previous experience in a similar role within the automotive or machinery industry is preferred but not essential.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on customer service.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is required for managing inventory data.
- A passion for motorcycles and the industry is highly desirable.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn about new products and technologies related to parts supply.
