We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Area Sales Executive to support our client in the Durham area. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients within your designated territory, driving sales growth, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Responsibilities
- Build and sustain long-term relationships with existing customers through regular engagement and personalized serviceIdentify potential clients and generate new business opportunities within assigned geographical areas
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations tailored to client needs
- Negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts to secure profitable deals while maintaining customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products or services and address any client concerns promptly
- Maintain detailed records of sales activities, client interactions, and follow-up actions using IT tools
- Plan and execute strategic sales campaigns to meet or exceed set targets
- Manage daily driving routes efficiently to maximize coverage within the territory
- Stay informed about market trends, competitors, and industry developments to identify opportunities for growth
Skills

- Proven experience in B2B sales with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding targets
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills in English
- Valid driving license with a reliable vehicle for frequent travel within the territory
- Strong customer service orientation with the ability to understand client needs
- Proficiency in IT systems, CRM software, and MS Office applications
- Effective time management and organizational skills to prioritize tasks efficiently
- Knowledge of local markets, industry standards, and competitive landscape
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining team collaboration
