The Woodman is an upmarket, funky pub positioned right next to Highgate Tube Station. We have lots of famous customers from TV, Film and Music all wanting that little extra special service in a pub atmosphere.

We have a team of around 45 people - spread over 3 team, Bar, Floor & Kitchen

ABOUT YOU
We are looking for someone who:
- Has previous supervisory or management experience in a busy pub, bar or restaurant
- Is confident leading a large team during high-volume services
- Is organised, dependable and comfortable taking responsibility
- Has excellent customer-service and communication skills
- Can deal calmly with problems and make sensible decisions
- Understands the commercial side of running a hospitality business
- Is available to work evenings and weekends
- Holds a personal licence, or is willing to obtain one
Experience with private events, live entertainment and large outdoor venues would be particularly
