Faith Dental is a new boutique private dental practice opening in Doncaster, focused on exceptional patient experience, cosmetic dentistry and high clinical standards within an elegant, modern setting.
We are recruiting for a Dental Nurse to join our team.
This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a new private practice from the very beginning and to help shape its culture, standards and patient journey.
It is a part-time position, working 1 - 3 days per week
Duties
- Deliver a calm and professional patient experience
- Assist dentists during examinations and dental procedures
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records in accordance with legal and organisational standards
- Educate patients and their families about treatment options and post-care instructions
- Maintain a high standard of cleanliness and organisation of clinical areas to uphold infection control standards and compliance
- Respond promptly to patient needs and emergencies with professionalism and empathy
- Support administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments and managing patient documentation
Skills
- Must be GDC registered
- Proven experience in dental care setting with a compassionate approach towards all patients
- Strong knowledge and experience of assisting with specialised cosmetic dental treatment
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively liaise with patients, families, and rest of the team
- Ability to remain calm under pressure
- Organised with attention to detail to ensure precise record keeping and compliance with health regulations
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities within a dynamic healthcare environment
- Understanding the importance of discretion in a private luxury setting
