Job Summary
Vargos Digital Communications & Business Solutions Ltd is seeking an experienced Senior Digital Communications Manager to lead digital communications, content strategy, brand messaging, customer engagement, and integrated campaigns across online channels.
The successful candidate will develop clear, engaging communications that strengthen brand visibility, support business growth, and improve audience engagement across web, email, social media, and digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver digital communications strategies
- Manage website, email, social media, and digital-content campaigns
- Lead content planning, copywriting, editorial calendars, and brand messaging
- Manage customer and stakeholder communications across digital channels
- Coordinate with marketing, creative, sales, technology, and client-service teams
- Oversee digital campaigns, newsletters, announcements, and promotional communications
- Monitor engagement, website traffic, campaign performance, and audience insights
- Maintain consistent brand voice and communication standards
- Manage agencies, freelancers, suppliers, and digital-platform partners
- Lead and mentor communications and content team members
Requirements
- Experience in digital communications, marketing, public relations, content, or brand communications
- Strong written, editing, presentation, and storytelling skills
- Experience managing websites, email campaigns, social media, and digital content
- Good understanding of digital marketing, audience engagement, and brand management
- Familiarity with CMS, CRM, email-marketing, analytics, and social-media platforms
- Strong leadership, organisation, communication, and project-management skills
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and stakeholder relationships
- Relevant degree or equivalent professional experience is preferred
