The Role
We're looking for an organised and proactive Service Delivery Coordinator to join our People Team. You'll play a key role in delivering an efficient and seamless HR service, coordinating people processes across the employee lifecycle while providing first-line support to colleagues and managers. Working closely with stakeholders across the business, you'll help ensure our HR operations are accurate, compliant and continuously improving.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate HR administration across the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, contractual changes and leaver processes.
Maintain accurate HR records and support payroll, reporting and data management activities.
Provide first-line advice on HR policies and processes, escalating more complex queries where appropriate.
Coordinate learning and development activities, regulated role compliance and the maintenance of the job description library.
Process invoices and support budget tracking for the People Service Delivery function.
Build strong relationships with stakeholders across the People Team, Payroll, Finance and the wider business while identifying opportunities to improve processes and service delivery.
Skills & Attributes
Previous experience in HR administration or HR operations, ideally within a shared services environment.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and coordinate a variety of HR activities.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Strong attention to detail with experience maintaining accurate employee data and records.
Good understanding of HR processes, employment legislation and policy application.
A proactive, continuous improvement mindset with experience using HR systems and producing accurate reporting.
