- Operate production machinery safely and efficiently, adhering to all health and safety regulations
- Maintain cleanliness of work areas and equipment in accordance with food safety protocols
- Monitor production lines, making adjustments as needed using mechanical knowledge to optimize output
- Record production data accurately using basic math skills for inventory tracking and reporting purposes
- Support ongoing training on food safety practices and machinery operation to ensure continuous improvement
