We are currently seeking a Labourer / Semi-Skilled Labourer to join our team on a high-end residential construction project near Guildford.
This is will be for next 2-3 weeks initially for a reliable and capable worker, eager to contribute to a high profile project but could be a long term role for the right person.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist carpenters and skilled trades on site
- Carry out general labouring duties as required
- Use hand tools safely and effectively
- Maintain a clean, organised, and safe working environment
- Follow site health & safety procedures at all times
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Labourer, Skilled Labourer, or Construction Operative
- Ability to confidently use basic hand tools and power tools
- Valid UK driving licence or local to Guildford (essential due to location)
- Reliable, hard-working, and willing to “muck in” with the team
- Strong work ethic and good attitude
- CSCS or Equivalent
