Clinical Lead – Nursing Home
We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Clinical Lead to join our nursing home team. The successful candidate will provide strong clinical leadership, support and develop the nursing team, and ensure the delivery of safe, high-quality, person-centred care. You will oversee clinical standards, medication management, care planning, regulatory compliance, and quality improvement while working closely with residents, families, and multidisciplinary professionals. This is an excellent opportunity for a Registered Nurse with leadership experience who is passionate about delivering exceptional care and creating a positive environment for both residents and staff.
Pay: From £23.00 per hour
