We are seeking a dedicated Pick and Packer to join our warehouse team.

You will be responsible for picking customer orders in a fast paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Carefully select and pack items according to order specifications, ensuring accuracy and completeness
- Handle materials efficiently
- Assist with shipping products
- Conduct quality control checks to verify product integrity and packaging standards are maintained
- Stock shelves and organise products in designated areas for easy retrieval and dispatch
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the packing area to promote safety and efficiency
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily packing targets and deadlines
Requirements
- Proven experience in warehousing, picking & packing, or related roles is preferred
- Knowledge of materials handling techniques and mechanical equipment
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently on a regular basis
- Strong organisational skills with attention to detail for accurate order fulfilment
- Good understanding of shipping & receiving procedures and safety protocols
- Mechanical knowledge is a plus for troubleshooting equipment issues
- Physical fitness to stand for extended periods and perform manual tasks throughout shifts
