Responsibilities
- Engage with prospective buyers, sellers, tenants, and landlords to understand their needs and provide tailored property solutions
- Conduct property viewings, showcasing key features and benefits to generate interest and secure commitments
- Negotiate offers, rental agreements, and terms to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes for clients and the agency
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of local market trends, property values, and legislative requirements to advise clients accurately
- Manage all stages of the sales and lettings process, including preparing documentation, contracts, and follow-up communications
- Build lasting relationships through excellent customer service, ensuring client satisfaction.
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop marketing strategies for property listings, including online advertising and open house events
Qualifications
- Lettings experience is essential. The knowledge of all new legislations is a must.
- Proven experience in customer service or sales roles, ideally within real estate or property management
- Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly and confidently negotiate deals
- Knowledge of local property market.
- Enthusiastic attitude with a proactive approach to problem-solving and client engagement
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Valid driving license.
There will be a potential for Self Employment offered if preferred.
