Groundworker / Labourer

Well-established family run business, with the office based in Sidmouth, Devon.
Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Groundworker and Labourer to join our team.
Duties:
- Excavate and backfill trenches
- Lay foundations and install drainage systems
- Operate machinery such as diggers and compactors
- Assist with concreting and paving tasks
- Erect fencing and barriers as required
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations on-site
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in groundworks.
- Ability to operate relevant machinery safely
- Understanding of health and safety procedures
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: £13- £16.00ph depending on experience and ability.
Expected hours: 45 – 50 per week
