About the Role
We are looking for an experienced, passionate and dedicated Nursery Manager to lead our early years setting and ensure we provide the highest standards of care, education and safeguarding for every child.
This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who genuinely understands early years practice, child development and the EYFS, and who is committed to creating an environment where children, families and staff can thrive.

- Ensure high-quality care, learning and development in line with the EYFS.

- Support staff through supervision, training, mentoring and performance management.
- Oversee staffing, rotas, recruitment, records and general administration.
- Build strong, positive relationships with parents and carers.
- Monitor the quality of practice and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
- Ensure the nursery remains compliant with EYFS, Ofsted and safeguarding requirements.
