Looking for freelance videographers to join our roster for client filming jobs as and when they arise. We are a corporate video production company that works with other businesses to create marketing videos, event videos, case study videos, interviews, etc.
Applicants should own at least 2 high quality cameras, plus all other gear as necessary to complete filming jobs independently.
Must have working experience in videography and be confident interacting with a wide range of client personality types, showing professionalism at all times.
Must have examples of previous filming work that can be submitted during application - we are interested to see your filming/cinematography so please don't include any videos you didn't film entirely yourself.
This is a freelance day-rate position suitable to people already working freelance or having good availability Mon-Fri. We anticipate you may be required around one day per month at this stage.
Applicants must have:
- Proven professional experience filming corporate, commercial or marketing video projects.
- At least two professional-quality cameras capable of shooting 4K at 50fps or higher.
- A professional gimbal/stabiliser. Professional lighting suitable for interviews and corporate filming. Professional audio equipment (wireless microphones, shotgun microphone, audio recorder as appropriate). Tripods and any additional equipment typically required to complete professional client filming jobs.
- A full UK driving licence and access to reliable transport.
- Be based in Derby, Nottingham or elsewhere within the East Midlands.
- A friendly, confident and professional manner with excellent communication skills.
- The ability to work independently while following a creative brief and maintaining high production standards.
Pay:
- £250–£280 per filming day (depending on experience)
- Mileage paid at £0.45 per mile
