Your key responsibilities
- Provide thoughtful, compassionate customer advice and generate sales through genuine care, enthusiasm and positivity
- Manage customer orders from start to finish, including admin, processing, and follow-up
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and enquiries with confidence and professionalism
- Maintain accurate diaries, notes, and records (including the “mobiliser” diary and stock tasks)
- Work closely with colleagues to keep the store running smoothly
- Attend training at other locations as required
- Report progress, opportunities, and challenges to directors
- Support stock management, including counting and accurate order entry
- Collaborate with management to keep improving the store and customer experience
Schedule
- Full-time: 40 hours per week, Tuesday–Saturday

This is a sales role with real responsibility: our consultants look after their customers from the first conversation right through. That means you’ll handle not just sales, but the admin and coordination that make great service possible, producing orders, learning the product range, managing calls, keeping accurate diaries, and ensuring everything runs smoothly day-to-day.
