Role Overview
Support property development projects through planning, coordination, and stakeholder collaboration.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage all aspects of property development projects, including planning, design, and construction phases.
- Utilise Primavera P6 to develop and maintain detailed project schedules, track progress, and identify potential delays or issues.
- Employ Civil 3D for site design assessments, topographical analysis, and infrastructure planning.
- Liaise with architects, engineers, contractors, and clients to ensure project requirements are clearly communicated and met.
- Monitor project timelines and budgets, providing regular updates to stakeholders.
- Assist in the preparation of project documentation, reports, and presentations.
- Conduct site visits to oversee progress and ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations.
- Implement effective time management strategies to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines efficiently.
Requirements
- Proven experience in property development or project coordination within the construction or real estate sector.
- Proficiency in Primavera P6 is essential for scheduling and project tracking.
- Experience with Civil 3D for civil engineering design work is highly desirable.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent time management skills to ensure deadlines are consistently met.
- Effective communication skills for liaising with diverse stakeholders.
- A recognised qualification in construction management, civil engineering, or related fields is preferred but not mandatory.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
