Duties
- Monitor security checkpoints and conduct passenger and baggage screenings with precision and professionalism
- Control access points by verifying identification and authorization documents for staff, visitors, and contractors
- Conduct regular patrols of the airport premises, including restricted areas, to detect suspicious activity or security breaches
- Respond swiftly to security incidents or emergencies, coordinating with law enforcement or emergency services as needed
- Maintain detailed records of security activities, incidents, and inspections using digital tools such as Microsoft Excel and Power BI
- Analyze security data to identify patterns or vulnerabilities, utilizing analysis skills and IT tools like SQL for reporting purposes
- Prepare comprehensive reports using Microsoft PowerPoint and other Office applications to communicate findings effectively to management
Skills
- Strong analysis skills with the ability to interpret data from various sources for security insights
- Proficiency in SQL, Power BI, Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and other Microsoft Office tools for data management and reporting
- Excellent communication skills in English to interact confidently with team members, passengers, and authorities
- Demonstrated leadership qualities with the ability to coordinate team efforts during high-pressure situations
- Exceptional organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
