About the Role
Due to the nature of personal care required, we can only accept female candidates
Hourly Rate is: £13.00 / 30 minute calls are £10.00
Shift Patterns - Please note, these times can be adjusted slightly for the right candidate and may suit Mum's that are looking for work-life balance:
- Double up calls for personal care - 8am-9am, 12pm-12.30pm, 3pm-3.30pm and 8.30pm-9.30pm (depending on the client's rota)
- Monday - Friday and alternate weekends
We are seeking compassionate, reliable and dedicated care support workers to provide 2:1 care for a 68 year old female with a brain injury and dementia. Our client is profoundly deaf and requires all communication through lip reading and written messages. You will be joining a small team supporting the client across a weekly rota, providing support with double-up personal care calls.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver person centred care that respects the client's need for routine, independence and privacy
- Assist with all aspects of daily living including personal care
- Ensure effective and respectful communication via written notes and clear lip movements
- Monitor the client's well being and proactively identify and changes in health or behaviour

Pay: £13.00 per hour
