Overview
We are seeking a skilled UPVC Fabricator to join our manufacturing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for assembling and fabricating UPVC components, ensuring high-quality standards are maintained throughout the production process. This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals with a keen eye for detail and a background in mechanical work or warehouse operations to develop their skills within a dynamic environment.
Responsibilities
- Measure and cut UPVC profiles accurately using hand tools and power tools
- Assemble UPVC frames and components according to technical specifications and drawings
- Operate various hand tools, power tools, and assembly equipment safely and efficiently
- Conduct quality checks on fabricated products to ensure compliance with company standards
- Maintain a clean and organised work area, adhering to health and safety regulations
- Assist with loading and unloading materials within the warehouse as required
- Collaborate with team members to meet production deadlines and optimise workflow
Skills
- Mechanical knowledge is essential for understanding assembly processes and troubleshooting issues
- Proficiency in using hand tools such as saws, drills, and screwdrivers
- Experience with power tools relevant to fabrication tasks is highly desirable
- Previous experience in assembly or manufacturing environments, particularly within a warehouse setting, is advantageous
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills to ensure precise fabrication
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment

Pay: £130.00-£180.00 per day
