Responsibilities
- Assist residents with personal care tasks, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.

- Supervise junior staff members and provide guidance as needed.
- Maintain accurate records of residents' progress and any changes in their condition.
- Drive residents to appointments or activities as required, ensuring their safety during transport.
- Engage residents in social activities to promote mental well-being and community spirit.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the care home.
Experience
- Previous experience in a care home or senior care environment is highly desirable.
- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with residents, families, and team members.
- Familiarity with IT systems for maintaining records and documentation is advantageous.
- Demonstrated leadership abilities to supervise and motivate a team.
- A valid driving licence is preferred for transporting residents when necessary.
